Shipping costs for all other destinations are calculated at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has entered production, we are unable to amend or cancel it, as each piece is printed specifically for you.
As each print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@sophia-sky.com, including photographs where possible, and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
