Shipping & Delivery
UK orders: typically arrive within 3–7 working days.
International orders: delivery times vary depending on your location, but most arrive within 5–14 working days.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Yes! Enjoy free UK Tracked 48 shipping when you spend £50 or more.
Shipping for all other orders is calculated automatically at checkout, so you'll always see the exact cost before placing your order.
Yes! We ship worldwide using a variety of tracked shipping services.
Confirmation emails and texts are sent out automatically however these often land in spam folders.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a secondary email which includes your tracking link.
If you do not add an email at checkout, these will not be sent. If you have any issues with locating your tracking details, please email us at: info@sophia-sky.com

Returns
I hope you love your artwork, but if something isn't quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked delivery service, as I can't accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
To arrange a return, simply email info@sophia-sky.com with your order number and I'll be happy to help.
If you'd like to exchange an item, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.
As all artwork is made to order, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis where possible.
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging.
I'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

As every print is made especially for you, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Because of this, I'm unable to guarantee cancellations once an order has entered production. If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and I'll always do my best to help.
